'La Grande Galerie is an organisation dedicated to the creative arts which offers the pleasure of experiencing, sharing and learning together. Situated in the historic town of CIVRAY at the heart of the Poitou-Charentes region of France, the gallery provides a permanent exhibition space for professional artists, workshop areas for the numerous art courses offered and the possibility to discover a variety of learning opportunities.

La Grande Galerie opened its doors on 7th July 2008. With over 40 artists exhibiting a wealth of styles and mediums this Gallery has become a cultural centre in the heart of Civray.

The Galerie Cafe is a meeting place for artists and all who enjoy art and good coffee!

The Internet Cafe sits quietly within the ambience of the downstairs exhibition room in the Gallery itself, where visitors can sit peacefully surfing.

Gallery opening times:

Monday - Saturday: 10am - 5pm
Sunday: 2pm - 6pm
